Rules

Since the apartments are residential buildings with predominantly private use.  

We ask for compliance with the rest periods. Private parties & parties are not permitted, unless we have previously approved them in writing. In addition, all our apartments are NO SMOKING APARTMENTS! If keys are lost, locks, z.T. Locking systems are renewed. This leads at cost - see leases under: Terms and conditions
